10 am to 12: walk in Val-David park, connecting with pre-Cambrian stones, formed at the time the Earth was formed,
1 pm to 2 pm: picnic at the Condor route.
2 pm to 4 pm: time for rest and relaxation.
4pm: visit to the Sacred Valley of Bliss, with 5 Buddha families, starting with Ratnasambhava Buddha, equanimity wisdom, followed by water ceremony, setting the intent for letting go and manifestation, Akshobya Buddha family, mirror-like wisdom.
6 pm to 7 pm: a therapeutic and delicious dinner.
7:30 pm to 9 pm: fire ceremony, ancient Andean medicine wheel with cacao, Amitabha Buddha family, discernment wisdom.
DAY 3
8 am to 9 am: a therapeutic and delicious breakfast.
10 am to 11 am: Holy Fire Reiki Ocean of Love, Amoghasiddhi Buddha family, wisdom of perfect accomplishment.
11 am to 12: Manifestation.
12 to 1 pm: a therapeutic and delicious lunch.
1 pm to 2 pm: circle of love, enjoying togetherness.
2 pm to 5 pm: teachings on enlightenment, Vairocana Buddha family, primordial wisdom.
