We’ll explore what means desire, what is the difference between aspiration and desire attachment, the dynamics of desire, what kind of desire attachments exist, and how to tackle and resolve suffering caused by desire attachments. We’ll experience a guided meditation for detachment, that one can apply for 21 days to detach from cravings, and desire-attachment to people, things, or ideas.
We’ll look at how science, the Western and Eastern philosophies understand desires. We’ll also learn about spiritual liberation by relative and absolute renunciation. There is Part I and Part II, to seal the practices of detachment.
